About Tempe
Tempe (often called Tempe Heights) is a secluded, family-oriented enclave nestled on the southern slopes of the North Shore mountains. Developed primarily in the mid-to-late 1980s, it is one of North Vancouver's newer and more uniform residential pockets, positioned strategically between the Upper Lonsdale and Lynn Valley communities.
